It is with great pleasure that the Committee of the International Children’s Games shares with you an inspirational sport documentary film that our friend Elvis Joseph of „Bangalore Schools Sports Foundation“ has been working on for six years (2015–2020).

„Running Positive“ follows the lives of Babu and Manik who were both born HIV positive, and who now – trained under Elvis - run marathons across the world. In 2015 they took part in Alkmaar International Children’s Summer Games.

It is India's first documentary film on sports & advocacy that made its successful entry at the AMPAS (OSCARS 2020 ). It has been invited to many more international film festivals.

„Running positive“ as part of Elvis Joseph’s mission project „Champion in me“ is advocating globallly for children's equal right to play sports, eradicating stigma & discrimination and building a safe eco system through sports as a medium of transformation.
